Scope of Services & Non-Clinical Disclaimer
Eternal Scholar LLC provides strategic clarity consulting, team culture audits, enterprise retainers, and individual 1-on-1 sounding board sessions, including services delivered under the persona “Cousin Trice.” These offerings are strictly operational, strategic, and conversational in nature.
Our services, website content, and individual sessions do not constitute medical advice, mental health therapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric diagnosis, or clinical treatment. They are not a substitute for professional clinical care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, you must seek medical or emergency assistance immediately. We offer neutral offload channels and strategic frameworks; we do not offer medical or financial guarantees, nor do we issue clinical diagnoses or assign mandatory performance KPIs.
Engagement, Scheduling & Cancellation Standards
Enterprise consulting, culture audits, and ongoing corporate retainers are governed by independent Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly between Eternal Scholar LLC and the client entity. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and an executed MSA, the terms of the executed MSA shall control.
Individual sounding board sessions are booked and paid for via our designated third-party scheduling platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your scheduled time slot. Cancellations or rescheduling requests for individual sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notification may be forfeited without refund, subject to company discretion.
Intellectual Property, Confidentiality & Limitation of Liability
All original content, frameworks, audit structures, site copy, branding, and materials created by Eternal Scholar LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary frameworks without prior written consent. We treat all client conversations, operational context, and booking details as strictly confidential. Similarly, clients agree not to publicly record, redistribute, or publish session audio, video, or confidential consulting deliverables without express written authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternal Scholar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our website or services. Maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Eternal Scholar LLC for the specific service in question.
