Core Purpose: Information collected is used strictly to fulfill service requests, communicate regarding scheduled sessions, issue invoices, and manage enterprise retainer contracts under Master Services Agreements (MSAs). We do not sell, rent, or trade lead or client information to third parties.
Session Confidentiality & Corporate Data Security
Non-Clinical Offload Confidentiality: Content, context, and operational details shared during 1-on-1 sounding board or team offload sessions are held in strict confidence and will never be shared with internal employer stakeholders, HR departments, or external third parties, except where required by law.
Data Isolation: Enterprise contact details, client briefs, and retainer metrics are kept separate from public marketing platforms.
Analytics & Tracking: We use standard, minimal site analytics to monitor website performance and basic traffic trends. We do not track individual identity behavior across external websites.
Third-Party Services, Data Retention & Client Rights
Third-Party Service Providers: We utilize secure enterprise vendors to host our website, manage scheduling (e.g., Square), and process payments. These third parties access your information solely to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Data Retention & Erasure: We retain client billing and contract records as necessary to fulfill legal and accounting obligations. You may request the updating, correction, or complete deletion of your personal contact data from our active outreach systems at any time by submitting a request via our Contact page.
